    both California and Hawaii with 20 years of experience as an attorney and/or CPA.  

    Kery has a wide range of work experiences including working as a business valuator, public auditor with international CPA
    firm KPMG, private attorney, in-house counsel and chief financial officer.  Based on his extensive education and work
    experiences, Kery is able to advise both buyers and sellers throughout the process of buying or selling a business.

    Business Brokers Network was founded in 1981.  The  company headquarters is located in Dallas, Texas. There are more
    than twenty staff members at the headquarters involved in various aspects of business brokerage,  merger & acquisitions,
    deal structuring, and other professional services provided to affiliates, business owners and prospective buyers.
